Ein guter Tag zum Sterben dachte sich wohl der Fahrer unserer zweiten Speedbootfahrt. Ein heißer Ritt über 3o Minuten. Zunächst es ging es Richtung Damm flußabwärts. Die Spins gestern war nix gegen die von heute. Frank hatte sich wieder ein bischen 
so hingeschummelt, dass wir in der ersten Reihe neben dem Fahrer saßen. Das hatten wir nun davon. Die Taxifahrt zum Flughafen war ein Witz dagegen. Nur mit Festhalten und sich heftig mit den Füßen gegen die Trittbretter stremmen, half nicht aus dem Boot zu fliegen. Trotzdem hüpften wir ganz schön über das Wasser. Glaubt ja nicht das war es schon. Ich würde sagen, der 
Weg zurück zum Anleger hat das Ganze nochmal getoppt. Unter Bäumen und zwischen Inseln durch und jede Menge Spins direkt neben Felsspitzen waren der Lohn der Angst. Das hatte gesessen. Das Plakat bei der Abfahrt hieß nicht umsonst "Thrill ahead".Relaxen
war danach auch nicht angesagt. Wir machten einen Bushwalk zum Hotwater Beach. Dieser Weg verlief praktisch durch den Dschungel parallel zu dem Fluss "Waikato River". Den mussten wir uns auch noch mit Bikern teilen. Zum Glück sind wir nur vier Fahrern begegnet. Der Weg führte immer zu kleinen Aussichtspunkten aber ging
höllisch auf und ab. Eben auch für Biker geeignet. Am Ende wurden wir mit einen kleinen aber feinen Sandstrand belohnt. Leider fehlte uns das Badezeug.
Claudia fotografierte was die Kamera so hergab. Nach der Kontrolle der Bilder haben wir festgestellt, dass kein Blickwinkel ausgelassen wurde.
Dann war Claudia wirklich gnadenlos. Sie hatte auf der Fahrt zum Heliport die "Craters of the Moon" entdeckt. Auch der musste von uns Hobbygeologen erkundet werden. cuando una nacía
algo la cortaba;

en su soledad
la flor de un invierno,
o otoño, da igual,
mas ella sufría.
En los nuevos brotes
que eran su ilusión,
vio mas desengaños;
siguiendo su ruta
por otro jardín
fueron olvidando
que ella estaba allí,
que tenia amores
en su corazón
y recibía solo incomprensión.
Y así con los años
la flor aprendió
sin saber la causa
ni la sinrazón,
que los tiernos brotes
que tanto cuido,
tampoco le daban
aquel tierno amor,
que ella tanto ansiaba.
Aun su sabia vibra
si presiente amor
esta flor de otoño, o invierno,

La CNT fue denunciada por la asociación SGAE intentando con ello impedir cualquier cuestionamiento tanto de su política interna como pública, con el único propósito de continuar con su enriquecimiento a costa de miles de usuarios de cualquier soporte reproductor.
La SGAE es simplemente un ejemplo de cómo los sectores empresariales aprovechan día a día el usufructo productivo para mantener un nivel de vida tan elevado como les sea posible al menor esfuerzo, pero para ello como cualquier otra asociación utilizan parte de esos medios financieros, primero para evitar cualquier competencia, pero de la misma forma eliminar cualquier cuestionamiento ético a esa política mercantilista y rastrera. Los directivos de la asociación SGAE padecen una enfermedad mental que no es otra que la del capitalismo, esa enfermedad que lo único que ven son dividendos al menor coste, por supuesto les importa una mierda la cultura, la música, los creadores. A quienes les sirven pleitesía es a los intelectuales que de forma reiterada cantan las odas al mercado libre y sinsentido. Esa enfermedad la padecen también los banqueros, los empresarios y los políticos, nosotros como trabajadores la conocemos bien porque recae en nuestro trabajo mantener a tanto enfermo mental.
La sentencia ha sido favorable, sospechábamos que ocurriría así, hemos sido valientes en el planteamiento, nuestro abogado ha realizado un magnífico trabajo, pero sobre todo teníamos la razón de nuestra parte. Ha sido sin embargo una sorpresa que nieguen a la SGAE todas las peticiones de la demanda, y que, además se le castiga condenándola al pago de costas, que no es tónica general en estos procesos.
El juzgado señala en sus fundamentos jurídicos, con sus propias palabras dictadas para este caso concreto, que “debe prevalecer la libertad de expresión cuando, como aquí sucede, las retribuciones económicas que la actora obtiene por la aplicación del canon a determinados soportes motiva siempre polémica y posturas enfrentadas entre los distintos sectores de la sociedad [...] es una cuestión que está en la calle por afectar a los consumidores en general [...] por lo que es una cuestión opinable, sometida a debate con posibilidad de contradicción y crítica y si bien los términos empleados para este fin son ásperos y duros, reflejan el sentir de la sociedad que entiende que el sistema que utiliza la actora para financiarse es desproporcionado y excesivo y que se está produciendo un enriquecimiento injusto (sea incierto o no) en detrimento de su propio patrimonio, al verse este gravado con un canon, que la actora aplica de forma indiscriminada, con independencia de que se haga uso o no de determinados soportes”, lo que refleja la parte de nuestra tesis más arriesgada.
La CNT no va a rectificar sus palabras de apoyo a las barricadas, no se va a intimidar ni por esta denuncia, ni por los compañeros detenidos en Tenerife mientras repartían propaganda informando del conflicto que manteníamos con la SGAE. Que nadie piense que ésta pelea es de menor categoría, ni de menor importancia a las que realizamos en los conflictos laborales. Estamos defendiendo la libertad de expresarnos libremente y es precisamente eso lo que intentan acallar. Lo que están intentando es que únicamente se oiga la voz de los adoradores del dinero de los enfermos que lo venden todo para vivir al regazo de los banqueros, la patronal y de los míseros políticos. Éstos usureros no desean que sus vergüenzas sean publicitadas, que nadie les acuse del timo constante que realizan a l@s trabajador@s.
Este enfrentamiento no es únicamente con la SGAE es con este modelo social, político y económico. Y hemos de tener claro que la desde el primer momento hemos ganado, principalmente porque hemos recibido el apoyo de amplios sectores de la población que han sonreído al ver nuestra propaganda y se han sentido cómplices con ella. Porque han descubierto que aun hoy en día la CNT es quien mantiene frentes abiertos de forma sindical, pero también social y un amplio margen de jóvenes, y no tan jóvenes, han descubierto otra forma de plantearse un conflicto. Que todavía existe una Organización que sigue levantándose contra la censura del miedo y la coacción que supone estar demandado, que todavía existen personas solidarias, como las que integran la CNT. Hemos ganado la demanda porque artistas con mucha honestidad han apoyado a la CNT frente a esta asociación de sanguijuelas. Hemos ganado la demanda porque así lo dice el sentido común y la libertad que profesamos. Aun queda mucho que pelear, pues sobre nosotros se ciernen reformas laborales que atentan directamente contra los trabajadores contra nuestros derechos y subsistencia. Todo ello para que la patronal y la banca sigan haciendo negocios virtuales y flexibilizando nuestra existencia, abaratando el despido o ampliando la jornada laboral. Contra esta esclavitud que la enfermedad irracional del capitalismo nos conduce, la única respuesta que existe son los golpes de libertad, y quien encarna esa libertad es esta Organización anarcosindicalista que no ha renunciado al comunismo libertario como forma de vida. 看清情色、色情和肉欲，就该摆正自己的心态。见怪而不怪，因为我们有纯真的心。孔子在《礼记》里讲“饮食男女，人之大欲存焉。”的确是孔子对于人生的看法——凡是人的生命，不离两件大事：饮食、男女。一个生活的问题,一个性的问题。所谓饮食，等于民生问题。男女属于康乐问题，人生就离不开这两件事。有时候看到有关中国文化的文章说“食色性也”是孔子说的，错也！这句话不是孔子说的，是与孟子同时的告子说的。
说白了；等我们有了钱也可以在我国南沙群岛，租下一个岛屿，我们也可以在阳光沙滩上脱光了晒太阳，长期以来，我们的下身得不到阳光的照耀，我们的心灵也变得灰暗起来。
其实不然，很多骂章子怡的国人是有了醋意，但人都是地球人，你要把美女们都留在国内消化是不现实的。与其嫉妒、吃醋，不如好好练练内功，让自己富起来，也泡几个外国明星玩玩。还有，最起码的是，章子怡让我们大饱了眼福，满足了我们好奇心，得了便宜还卖乖、还要骂人，多少有点不地道。

在西方，有一些靠偷拍名人照片为生的人，被称为“狗仔队”。他们拍来的照片大都刊登在小报上，超级市场的收银口摆着那些小报。顾客交钱时就随手买一份，用明星们的小道消息和照片来消遣。这些明星消息都有一定水分，公众一般也不会严肃对待，明星的照片也都模模糊糊、质量不高
章子怡最近也被人拍下了“
海滩照”，但不同的是，美国小报上还没有登出模模糊糊的照片，全球的许多华文网站首页上，已将80多张裸露的照片高高挂起。不仅数量多，而且照片的质量也堪称一流，水准大大超过美国小报上的明星照片。再加上互联网的快捷与方便，照片的传播速度也远非明星小报可比。
因为章子怡在国内外的巨大知名度，“海滩照”在中国网坛上引起了轰动。为了不让中国人对章子怡的裸露照片大惊小怪，一位新加坡的前国会议员在《联合早报》撰文，《从章子怡日光浴照片曝光谈起》，不厌其烦地解释，章子怡在海滩上裸露并没有什么了不起，国外的裸体海滩上，到处都是脱得光光的人。作者还说：“正如我常说的，这是东方传统文化和西方开放文化的差异，对生活在东方传统社会的中国和新加坡的人来说，亲睹这种情景常会认为不可理喻，但对生活在西方开放社会的洋人，那是我们‘见怪’，但他们‘不怪’的事……你想拍照，他们也让你拍个够。”
对于一些裸体的西方人来说，也许国会议员说得不错，拍照也无所谓，但对其“拍照拍个够”的指导，可千万不能盲从，否则是要遇到麻烦的。这当然不是国会议员文章的问题所在，《从章子怡日光浴照片曝光谈起》一文的主要问题在于：一，作者低估了中国人的开放程度，中国人知道国外有裸体海滩，在一些方面，中国人的开放已经超过了西方，比如华文互联网无论在内容上和图片上，都不在美国网站之下；二，他没有搞清楚章子怡海滩裸露照的真问题所在，那并不是中国人在“用传统眼光衡量别人”。
海滩裸露照片之所以广为流传，一是主流华文网站对这组照片的猛力推广；二是章子怡为“狗仔队”提供了绝好的拍照机会。当事人的疏忽加上网站的传播，把这本来属于成年人消遣的西方小报的内容，推到包括未成年人在内的互联网读者的面前，这应该是章子怡海滩照最大的危害，而非是对中国传统文化的冲击。
在西方社会，小报之所以能够存在，就是因为主流媒体不注重明星裸露照之类的内容，而小报的读者也有一定的限制。比如，家长不会与孩子们一起分享明星的裸露照片。此外，小报上明星照片之所以模糊不清，在于大多数明星都知道自我保护。明星们很清楚自己的一言一行都在镜头的监视之下，所以时时小心。在西方社会，明星与政客一样属于公共人物，他们需要为自己的隐私权付出不小的代价，包括需要牺牲一点在海滩上裸体日光浴的享受。很明显，作为公众人物，章子怡没有保护好自己，她向“狗仔队”提供了绝好的拍照机会。而华文网站的不负责任传播，也让隐私变成可能危害社会的公众事件。(袁晓明)
