Gran Torino review

Today I saw Gran Torino,staring:Clint Eastwood. He also directed it.
I didn't expect much;even knowing that it's been getting pretty good reviews.I've never been a big fan of Eastwood's acting. He's a good actor,but not a great one. But I liked him in the movie;it was a good way to go out. I am a huge fan of his directing,however,so I went to see it. I got a little more than I expected,not a lot,but a little more.It is a minor work by Eastwood. He could've done a lot with his directing. But Eastwood was the best actor in the film (even though,it's not hard to be) And the story was pretty unoriginal. This wasn't really a bad movie. It was good for what it was (which is a more bittersweet version of Heartbreak Ridge). Overall it's disappointing,and very out of place.It's kind of vintage Eastwood. (which is sometimes a good thing)

I'm gonna give it a 3.5 out of 5.
