| Directed by the master of dystopian vision, Terry Gilliam, Twelve Monkeys bombards the audience with a complex but digestible, the Twelve Monkeys Drama film - is that unlike the fellows in the genre, is also heatwarming. Bradd Pitt and Bruce Willis enter race to alter the functions, which shows their great talent and certainly paved the way for future roles. | Probably one of the most complex stories ever created on film, Twelve Monkeys is one of the most attractive. That forced me from the moment they began the second the credits started rolling. I have seen many times and each time I see some small symbolism that I did not notice before, but I do not think I will ever be able to capture each symbol Gilliam put in this brilliant film. I am frankly amazed by the ingenious way the story is ever see it. It is certainly a science fiction but it's almost like in a thriller that has many twists and turns the plot and every time I see it, I'm still amazed. The complexity and detail of the peoples and Gilliam put in this Twelve Monkeys movie is impressive. Truly one of the wonders of Twelve Monkeys Drama film history. Of course we also have to mention Brad Pitt absurdly charismatic performance that is among the best I've ever seen. Bruce Willis is also quite good. |
| I knew that Terry Gilliam's films, but all were expected, but I had to do Twelve Monkeys, to really believe it.This Gilliam was the only DivX film Twelve Monkeys I've seen so far, but I flew so far that is already one of my favorite filmmakers. The story may sound a little classic (a man is sent back in time to stop a disaster), but immediately makes Gilliam original convict James Cole (Bruce Willis) ends a few years before the plague broke loose, so no one and he believes he is locked in a asylum.He has to convince Dr.Railly (Madeleine Stowe) who is not crazy, as he spends his time with "colleagues" nut case Jeffrey Goines (Brad Pitt). Twelve Monkeys have to be stopped ... If you thought he knew the dark science fiction movies, such as think again.In terms of atmosphere, this is a perfect mix of Blade Runner and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (asylum riot is visually very well ). | There are not enough words to describe this film. Its intriguing, original, interesting, impressive, powerful and authentic. With a unique story that involves time travel and some concepts of life and a 100% convincing and well-developed plot. The cast is simply superb. Bruce Willis as James Cole is impeccable, Brad Pitt acting is excellent, one of his best ever, Madeleine Stowe helps a lot in his supporting role as a psychiatrist who helps Willis character. Terry Gilliam of the address is perfect, his style and personality all over this movie. To conclude, this can already be considered a work of modern art in the Twelve Monkeys Drama film industry. |
