GB Cycling Funding

A few years ago, who'd have thought that cycling would be the highest funded sport in the UK. If cycling was the underdog sport, I'm sure that the argument would be that with more funding, cycling could be better. From the point of view of funding, I suppose that this is another example of how success breeds success. Article in the Telegraph here
