Microsoft Web Based CRM Software

Web-based CRM software from Microsoft has been launched which will be hosted and managed by Microsoft. The customer relationship management product called Microsoft Dynamic CRM Online is accessible by Microsoft customers from Office software, Outlook and Internet browser like Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. This online CRM software is tailored for small and medium businesses. The product has been put into 6 months test by large number or users as part of the company's Microsoft Early Access Program. There are two versions available:

1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional with fully featured of CRM tools. It has built in Outlook and Office intergration. Priced per user is USD44 per month.
2. Microsoft Dynamic CRM Online Professional Plus has more data storage, customization options and work flow. Priced per user is USD59 monthly.
