When Longfellow Deeds, a small-town pizzeria owner and poet, inherits $40 billion from his deceased uncle, he quickly begins rolling in a different kind of dough. Moving to the big city, Deeds finds himself besieged by opportunists all gunning for their piece of the pie. Babe, a television tabloid reporter, poses as an innocent small-town girl to do an expose on Deeds. Of course, Deeds' sincere naivete has Babe falling in love with him instead. Ultimately, Deeds comes to find that money truly has the power to change things, but it doesn't necessarily need to change him.

The only comedy I remember watching Adam Sandler's "Anger", which was quite horrible. I know that one should not be anything profound in his films and his kind of comedy is not particularly attractive to me. For some reason, I do not know what, I decided to see "Mr. Deeds." Perhaps he expected me to laugh a little. You should have seen "Spaced" instead (which was the original plan). The DivX Movie Mr. Deeds really drags in the first 45 minutes and "comedy" is not funny. The chemistry between the couple is unconvincing lead. All the romance angle is pretty boring. Sandler seems to be playing a "best" version of himself. Winona seeing the comical appearance in the television series' Friends', I would have expected better from her. However, it seems really uncomfortable in the first reel (ironically the Mr. Deeds Romance film was only after the trial against him) and hams in the last half. John and Peter Gallagher Torturro are quite good in their roles. I really enjoyed Torturro and Sandler shared scenes. Conchata Ferell was fun, too. It might be a wise decision to do something else unless they absolutely have nothing better to do.

It was definitely a bad script for this film. Yes, put all those associated with film: Mr. Deeds on the list of bad. I was deeply disappointed Sandler in this film. It's funny with a slightly sub par plot. Ryder and Sandler do a duet with everyone, it seemed uninspired. You know what you are going to get from Sandler, it is sometimes more fun than others. Please tell me what Mr. Deeds Romance movie memorable Ryder fact it was a major contributor? In fact, when I think of Winona Ryder (klepto also think), I think of Beetle Juice and Edward Scissorhands, two films of the 80s, and two films in which he was only a subsidiary role player. Mr facts simply do not. It seemed that there was more to fill a Sandler movie-one years of assessment instead of being a decent movie.

Adam Sandler in one of his greatest roles yet. The romantics among the facts and "Pam Dawson" was great. Keep your eyes on Emilio, is a very astute cunning. I do not know how. Steve Buscemi was great as Crazy Eyes. A definite must see for the whole family or a night with the girl / boy (gender pending).
