When a young man relocates his family from New York to London his wife discovers a new sexuality and power that threatens to tear the family apart. I caught this London Voodoo Thriller film on the Independent Film Festival in New York and LA, not knowing much about the DivX film London Voodoo that I took a gamble on the excellent poster (not the one shown here, but a voodoo doll). Wow! Not paying the bet! This DVD film London Voodoo has it all - excellent acting, direction and screenplay. It keeps you on the edge of their seats from start to finish. What this DivX Movie London Voodoo lacks the blood which makes the depth of characterization and the layers of history - the old lady's suicide pact with her late husband, the nanny psycopathic the insensitive businessman etc etc to have to guess end. It has been a week since I've seen this movie: London Voodoo and I can not stop talking about it. If you are on slashers and zombie movies, this is unlikely to be in but if you like European supernatural thriller - GO see it! Dark Star

"London Voodoo" is a story about a company in New York who moves to London with his wife and child. The wife discovered the remains of a voodoo temple in the basement of his apartment in London with very predictable consequences. While voodoo is usually associated with Creole culture in the southern United States, London's vibrant Afro-Caribbean culture also has some vestiges of the practice of voodoo. The minimum of cultural differences between Britain and the U.S. raises the question of why U.S. actors are needed in this DivX Movie London Voodoo first. The act is totally amateur and unconvincing. Movie fans will be sympathetic to what the DVD movie London Voodoo is trying to achieve. However, this DivX film London Voodoo is intended to bargain basement.
