I’ve been a ye rotten olde blogger having not posted for most of December. Heartfelt apologies for that. It’s been a hectic three weeks of baking, basting, roasting, partying, burning (tops of mince pies) and recovering from a myriad of ailments, many self-inflicted. And now i’m back in the UK where the festivities of merriment continue, mainly in the form of food sweats, very occasional napping in between meals and playing board games with the gusto of an Olympian. I hope your Christmas was equally grand and that you’ve learnt to appreciate the newer, considerably fuller and possibly rotunder you. I have, and it’s all Nigella Lawson’s fault. Damn her!
I won’t be able to post back here until the New Year, with my computer situation being so precarious - no-one lets me on it at home - so I’d like to wish all my readers and their readers readers and their readers readers a massive thanks for popping by YBNF and making my first few months in the blogosphere a brilliant one. Your support has been boundless and I hope you enjoy what I have in store for you in 2009. I can’t reveal all my tricks yet but I can tell you that cupcakes will be heavily involved. Until then, have a quality ringing in and chin chin.
